Intellectual Capital(IC) includes Human Capital , Structure Capital and Relation Capital which combine companies’ skills、knowledge、information、experience、the ability to solve problems and intelligence. As we know that traditional financial statements cannot capture all these. In the past, business world thought Intellectual Capital as knowledge management and tried to develop a model to figure out what it is and how to measurement. Another point of view is to calculate IC for accounting need. This study tries to understand how Taiwanese electronic enterprise implement IC, e-business and supply chain management, and cause what influence on there global management activities. We examine the integration framework using data from Taiwanese electronic firms engaged foreign direct investment and also implement e-business or supply chain management. The result shows that Human Capital and Structure Capital statistically influence the global managing ability of enterprises but Relation Capital does not. Besides, if we consider the degree of internationalization and the linkage resource, each factor of Human Capital, Structure Capital and Relation Capital statistical influence the factors of the global managing ability differently.
