Description
Summary:碩士 === 銘傳大學 === 傳播管理研究所碩士在職專班 === 91 === Abstract The purpose of this paper is to propose an algorithm for selecting professionals on business TV stations in Taiwan under fuzzy environment. The fundamental concepts we have adopted include the factor analysis, fuzzy set theory and multi-criteria decision- making method. The purposes of research are: (1) To set up a selection criterion for media industry, especially to business TV station.(2) To utilize fuzzy Multi-attribute decision making and fuzzy and analytic hierarchy process (FAHP) to establish a powerful selection decision model for TV media industry.(3)To analyze and to compare the result suggested as a reference in TV media industry. We use factor analysis to condense 28 selection sub-criteria into 6 criteria to construct the hierarchical structure of professional selection on TV media industry. The concepts of triangular fuzzy number and linguistic variables are used to assess the preference ratings of linguistic variable, ‘importance’ and ‘appropriateness’. Through the hierarchy integration, we obtain the final scores of selecting professional on business TV stations. Then we use a revised Chang and Chen’s ranking method to rank the final scores from 7 trainees for choosing the optimal person.
