By applying factor analysis, correlation analysis, and MANOVA/ANOVA, Forty-four Cable TV Industry are empirically analyzed. Findings of this study indicate that: 1. There are significant differences among Cable TV firms in their alliance motive and partner selection criteria. 2. Alliance motive and partner selection criteria have significant influence on partner selection respectively. 3. Firm’s perceived industry’s key success factors are significantly and positively correlated with the weightiness of corresponding partner selection criteria.
