| Summary: | 碩士 === 銘傳大學 === 國際企業學系碩士班 === 91 === This research is based upon the outcomes of Taiwanese scholars about the characters of Authoritarianism, Familism and Face. Also the documents of the personal characters of Entrepreneur about Risk-Taking, Self-Control and Achievement motivation to do a relative comparison. The research then adds the analysis of sequence and the way parents teach into the topic and found out that the entrepreneurs have lower demand on Face and Dignity. For Achievement motivation aspect, they prefer their own personal achievement motivation. Besides, from the way that parents teach, we found that if parents pursue authoritarian way, the entrepreneurs from that kind of family would tend to achieve social accomplishment, and have outgoing and contributive personality. In the Sequence issue, we found that the first kid of a family would have higher social accomplishment motivation. In the sexuality issue, we found that female has higher social accomplishment and contributive personality.
