There are 421 participants from eight neighborhoods in four regions. The study is designed was a stratified multi-stage cluster sampling with selection proportional to size. The statistical analysis was implemented by JMP4th edition. The results revealed that individual differences such as sex, education, frequency of tooth brushing, using Bass method to brushing teeth and the awareness of strengthening oral health knowledge do affect personal oral health . most of residents brush their teeth twice daily (52.78%), and only 52 subjects (12.41%) brushed their teeth after each meal. Women in the age group of 18-34 years old paid more attention to oral hygiene. The teeth cleaning utensils most frequently used in the study subjects other than toothbrush were dental floss (29.54%) followed by dental picks (25.41%). Auto toothbrush was rarely used. The most frequently tooth brushing procedure used was horizontal brush method in spite of the aggressive promotion of Bass methods by the dental society. 52.78% of the subjects sweetened snacks,drink , tooth brushing their teeth twice perday. There were significant relations among educational level, occupation, daily toothbrush frequency, and tooth brushing method. Dental visit behavior was significantly related to age, education, frequency of tooth brushing,self-awareness of oral condition, good oral promotion care behavior. About 26% of subjects had regular dental treatment. Finally, for those being age 50 to 64, elementary school level and half-skilled workers, I suggest strongly that the case of correct way of dental clean,the development of oral examination regularly and the practice of oral cavity health care .
