Since the traditional wiring of fiber cable is confined by manpower, working space and structure specification of cable, those cause to prolong man-hours, and pay for high cost. All the difficulties were never overcome long time ago. However, this dynamic power-windlass for the improvement of the wiring of communication fiber is a novel and domestic product that has been designed and manufactured according to the structure specification and characteristic condition of cable. As operating on the construction, this machine is obviously reduced the cost of the whole works by view of the field test data.
