Summary: | 碩士 === 華梵大學 === 機電工程研究所 === 91 === A micro spectrometer system has been developed for the real-time of measurements of the transmission spectrum pixel by pixel of the color filter.The resolution and the accuracy of wavelength for the micro spectrometer are 7nm and 1.5625nm respectively .In order to optimize the light collection for the measurement,a small and low cost relay lens was chose to couple the light emitted from pixel of the color filter to the optical fiber,which guides the incident light into a small Rowland-circle type diffractometer.A linear CCD arrarys coupled with 256 light sensors are build in the diffractometer.The size of the micro spectrometer is only 20mm 30mm.The shortest integration time of the light sensor we used for measurement is 10ms.
An electronic circuit was used to control the constant speed of the moving platform.The color filter was placed on the moving platform and the transmission spectrum for each pixel was then automatically measured one by one.It took less 20 second to measurement 1800 pixels in one automatic scan.Data was collected and calculated by LabView.The uniformity distribution of the color filter plate was analyzed by software.
