碩士 === 輔仁大學 === 體育學系碩士班 === 91 === The purpose of this study was to investigate the relativity and prevalence of cigarette smoking, alcohol drinking, betel quid chewing, exercise behavior, sleeping time, perceived health status and BMI in an automobile manufactory plant. Major findings were summarized as following. The prevalence rates of cigarette smoking were 45.3%. In the analysis of the variables related to cigarette smoking, different gender showed statistically significant difference with higher smoking rate in men(p<.05). The prevalence rates of alcohol drinking, betel quid chewing, lack of regular exercise and undersleep were 62.5%, 18.8%, 63.4% and 29.5%, respectively. However, the analysis of the variables related to the above four items showed no significant difference when comparing with different background. The overweight and obesity were 47.5%. In the analysis of gender, age, marriage related to BMI showed statistically significant associated (p<.05). The prevalence rates of well perceived health status were 61.3%. In the analysis of the variables related to perceived health status, marriage showed statistically significant associated (p<.05).However, the perceived health status related to health-related behaviors showed no significant difference.
