It has become exceedingly difficult to gain a consumer’s recognition if it can’t offer quality service to them. Businesses such as KTV faces such problems in particular. The best method to design efficient service is to clearly understand the service quality of items which consumers want and how they evaluate the performance of various competitors. This research analyzes the difference of service quality between the effect from expecting and feeling to the different style consumers. Excel, SPSS are to be the main analysis tools in the process of data analysis. Skills involved in such an analysis include, “Descriptive Statistics”, “Chi-square Test”, “Factor Analysis”, “Cluster Analysis”, “Ridit Analysis”…etc. to analyze the data to extract some consumers’ information to offer the direction of market strategy to KTV’s entrepreneurs.
