碩士 === 輔仁大學 === 管理學研究所 === 91 === After observing current situation and literature collection，this research finished by case study. It adopted to have individual interview with seven doctors. According to the contents，there are six hypotheses about（1）interaction to knowledge sharing（2）trust to knowledge sharing （3）personality to knowledge sharing（4）interaction to trust are conducted as follow： 1、 Have more interactions，it would be positive for professional knowledge sharing among doctors. 2、 To different occasions will cause different types of knowledge sharing. 3、 During interactions among doctors，the object of interaction or acts wouldn’t influence the knowledge sharing. 4、 Have more trust on professional ability will increase knowledge sharing. 5、 Doctor has competitive personality will raise knowledge sharing caused by management system. 6、 Have more interaction among doctors will promote the professional trust.
