1、 Have more interactions，it would be positive for professional knowledge sharing among doctors.
2、 To different occasions will cause different types of knowledge sharing.
3、 During interactions among doctors，the object of interaction or acts wouldn’t influence the knowledge sharing.
4、 Have more trust on professional ability will increase knowledge sharing.
5、 Doctor has competitive personality will raise knowledge sharing caused by management system.
6、 Have more interaction among doctors will promote the professional trust.
