This research is done with 1000 greatest manufacturing enterprises of Taiwan to understand their knowledge integration. The valid rate of the recovery is 14%. The consequences of knowledge integration show: 1.The task identification of team members has significant influence to the knowledge integration, and the relation between them is positive; 2. The communication is positive related to the knowledge integration; 3. When the formalization of a team is higher, the relation between the task identification and knowledge integration will weaken; 4. The relation between the reward system and the knowledge integration is not significant. Moreover, the consequences of other relations show: When the efficiency of team leader is higher, the communication and the task identification will be better.
