碩士 === 輔仁大學 === 資訊管理學系 === 91 === In the trend of global, trade liberalism, the electronic commercial B2B under the internet structure become the new index of economic development world wide. Although the international B2B is highly complicate than domestic, to meet the world trend, there is no time for us to have any hesitate to loss the new opportunity coming from this new trend and our industries should break themselves from the traditional model to create more advantage of business. I hereby establish the followings 10 variable factor to study its related impact to world international trading information system, and have the comment from some specialist to address the reason of why our industrial is not populate to this B2B structure and where is the barrier。The ten variable statistic test have been conducted. In these expert interview analysis, the result of the ten hypotheses are obviously significant and those have variation in various industries and partnership of this B2B electronic commercial. Finally, according to the analysis and the opinion from the specialist of global business information system, we have build up the optimal Information System Development flow for B2B Model of export Orders and the optimal Information System Development Structure named Twin-application Server. This flow major consist the before and after order from internet, the before and after the contract signed, these four management control, the management of immediately auto-apply the unit pricing and negotiation. This study support international ordering placing and could widen the commercial application of the technology to international trade.
