Summary: | 碩士 === 輔仁大學 === 資訊管理學系 === 91 === This study develops a multiobjective programming model and an interactive decision support system (DSS) for solving new life insurance policy problem of variable product. Considering each customer’s budget constraint and her or his benefit variable products in the competitive insurance market, the decisions inherent in the proposed problem are to optimize the evaluations of performance, risk and service quality, etc. Besides all required components (a data warehouse, user interface, knowledge base and model base, etc.) are organized to build a prototype system, an analytical hierarchical process (AHP) presents an iterative coordination procedure to assess the preference of conflict multiple objectives in this study. A practical example is given. Finally, managerial analysis of life insurance policy problem of variable products on Internet is also examined and presented.
