One is the cost of employ people, for example recruit, employ, appointment and training; the other one is employees’ knowledge, ability, technique and attitude. The employees’ aptitude will react on the productivity and the efficacy of the enterprise’s economy, to make the one important condition of the enterprise’s competition. Therefore, the relation of industries are becoming more and more. I-Lan Tourism government evaluate that if it can attract out-of-towners to come to I-Lan having the training or meeting it will attract about one hundred thousand people and which will create one hundred million economy efficacy. For this research is to accommodate the enterprises a two-days-one-night or three-days-two-nights of short business conference or studying itinerary to spray the crush. So to discuss the I-Lan’s educational training and the decided factor of tourism are the most important points of the research.
The research through the questionary which use the SPSS system to make the cross table analysis, logistic regression analysis and factor analysis to get to know the whole image of the enterprise for I-Lan’s tourism, educational training and business meeting, in order to know the need of I-Lan. From the above we can get the summery of below:
1. The tourism is called success in I-Lan area but the low satisfaction of the transportation and the hotel quality are still needed to promote.
2. Employees training or business meeting have negative relationship. Employees travel have main factor about company scale.
3. Employees training or business meeting have affected factors about meeting facilities and restaurants by logistics regression.
4. I-Lan tourism circumstance affected factor about friendly residents by logistics regression.
5. The most powerful affected factors about restaurants and tourism attraction.
6. The most powerful affected factors about transportation and hotel quality.
7. SWOT analysis table has six strength, four weakness, five opportunity and two threat.
