Description
Summary:碩士 === 佛光人文社會學院 === 哲學研究所 === 91 === The Ming-Ching Dynasty is a challenging period for the employment relationship. Labor-Management Ethics on market-opening is driven by the international trade of producing regional goods. Trade, just like the other external contingencies in a given organization, will tend to shift employment ethics as well as human and social problem, other than business ethics or occupation ethics. However, there is some reason to believe that the advent of open system will create a irrational loss of employment relationship in the country with higher competition, in the internal weak condition and external threat circustances. Throughout history, the one-way trend of businessman and the other stakeholders has been a major source and the businessmen haven’t improved their social hierarchy or ethics till Ming-Ching Dynasty. Recently, a kind of enterprising has created invisible forces with low regulatory trend. In this study, a multiple analysis or SWOT measure , instead of the above one-way relationship, was constructed to explain the multiplier of the employment ethics .The increased openness of the Taiwan economy to market-opening and the spirit of deregulation are forcing union firms to promote those employees or new entry workers without kindred clans.
