Description
Summary:碩士 === 逢甲大學 === 光電物理研究所 === 91 === The molecular Fermi resonance is very sensitive to the environmental changes of the molecules under this interaction, such as pressure, temperature etc. There are many factors that will affect Fermi resonance. In sol-gel processes, they include the variations of organics and the production of silicate networks. In this study, we tried to understand the mechanisms of the sol-gel processes that influence the Fermi resonance of ethylene carbonate (EC). Both the depletion of reactants and the organics produced through the sol-gel reactions will affect the Fermi resonance. We found that Fermi resonance of EC was clearly affected by the dilution and the hydrogen bonding effects in the solutions. However, not as expected in the sol-gel system of TMOS, the Fermi resonance does not show significant changes for the initial stages of sol-gel reactions. Only after a long period of time, as the silicate networks dominants the samples, we can observe the changes of the Fermi resonance.
