Summary: | 碩士 === 逢甲大學 === 紡織工程所 === 91 === The study of this thesis was coding a program to find the relations among the different volume content, ply-angle and engineering elastic constants(E,G and ν)of unidirectional composite lamina. We also calculate the principal stress and principal strain by eigenvalue analysis. The sketches revealed by program show that if the angle increased, the difference of Ex with various fiber volume content lamina of the same angle would be decreased, but the difference of Ey would be increased. When the fiber volume content are between 50%∼70% ,Gxy increases drastically significantly ;when the arrange are between 30°∼60°, Gxy varies more at the same angle. On the other hand, νxy reach a maximum value at a the certain angle. If we increasing the angle, νxy with different volume content behave more regularly. Under the same stresses, the range of the on-axis strain ε11 of glass fiber/epoxy composite very larger than carbon fiber/epoxy composite, but ε22、εxx and εyy vary less. The program shows the correlation among the material axes, principal stress axes and principal strain axes. The program also shows that the principal strain axes very slightly with the material fiber angle.
