The observational index includes head circumference, cephalic index, and asymmetry index. Especially for asymmetry index, this paper discusses three methods and viewpoints. The three viewpoints are using signature method, using frontal to occipital as reference symmetric axis, and using frontal to geometric central as reference symmetric axis. This paper adopts coefficient to analyze the average dependence strength of the three measurements by random sampling, and comparing the average dependence strength by the naked eye individually. And to discriminate three degrees of the range of change shape to mild, moderate and severe by the k-means clustering technology of hiving off. Moreover, the study of infants head shape is in the initial stage, collect and arrange data of clinical case is important in all of research stage. Therefore, the important work is design database to provide look up information of infants head shape. This paper also designs measurement system of infants head in windows. The fulfillment of current system will be more convenient and humanistic.
