The characteristics of TP management system are to make industries do the right things, and do the things right. Furthermore, the employees work with a bright, confident and happy attitude to carry our goals of top managers. In Japan, more than 500 companies have adopted TP management system since it was developed. Companies around the world, such as in America, England, Italy, Australia, Mainland China, Hong Kong, Korea, and Taiwan have adopted this system and accomplished great competitive superiority. This research is conducted to construct a model about how Taiwan production industries adopt TP management. Because the business environment of Taiwan production industries becomes more changeable and strict, the industries need a model of management system to cope with changeable business environment. This study intends to discuss 1.the definitions, basic principles and procedures of TP management system. 2.the cases of award industries in Japan, in order to understand the motivations, strategies and types of TP management system. 3.how experts instruct Taiwan production industries to adopt TP management system, including 3 stages, 14 steps and notices of adoptions. 4.how revised models of practical examples fit into the adoptions of Taiwan industries. The results show that TP management is practicable in Taiwan, and can adopt 4 pillars Q-TP, C-TP, D-TP, B-TP. To sum up, the system helps the industries not only promote achievement goals, but also improve constitution of industries. In contrast to TP management models in Taiwan, TP management models of Japan production industries have developed to improve constitution to support the goal of achievement. Through the cases of practical examples, we will find key elements of success include: 1. The determination and participation of top managers. 2. Complete progress organization 3. The establishment of information system supports the working of TP management. 4. The training of TP management system. 5. Apply exterior information. Simultaneously, this study finds out that TP management system results in great competitive advantages. The reasons are listed below: 1.The competitors are left behind in production because TP management results in enormous productive force. 2.
