As Russia formed the policy of private land systems in 2002, it affects the Mainland China seriously. The tendency to the property right of agricultural land in Mainland China in future will be an important issue.
In the historical view point, Taiwan practiced the land reform according to the spirit of the private land in 1949,but Mainland China practiced the land reform according to the spirit of the public land in 1949.
Hence, through the comparative study on the theories, practices and achievements of agricultural land systems between Taiwan and Mainland China to suggest something good or wrong for the tendency of the property right of agricultural land in Mainland China.
