Description
Summary:碩士 === 逢甲大學 === 土木及水利工程所 === 91 === Wu-shi basin is important due to it''''s geography, rich water resources, economy, population and wetland ecosystem. In this paper, a measurement was performed to collect the environmental hydraulic data for the tidal reach of Wu-shi river. Then, based on the cross-section, water lever, current velocity and salinity of Shi-Bin bridge, a salt transport analysis was applied to calculate the instant 1-D dispersion coefficient K and the tidal averaged 1-D dispersion coefficient <K>. <K> can also be obtained by the distribution of tracer at a tidal period after its instantaneous release. Besides, The difference of the <K>’s, which were obtained by the salt transport and the tracer study, is investigated. The result shows that, K is —92~371 , and this values is much influenced by tidal intensity. The <K>’s, obtained by three salt transport methods are 83、235、260 , and the <K>’s, obtained by the tracer study is 158 . The salt transport analysis shows that the effects of tidal pumping, vertical shear dispersion and transverse shear dispersion are the major causes for the tidal average dispersion at Shi-Bin bridge, while the effects of wind, topography and coriolis force are insignificant. The analysis of this thesis are the essential reference for environmental development and administration and for water quality model of Wu-shi river.
