Summary:碩士 === 大葉大學 === 工業關係學系碩士班 === 91 === The research shows that the job satisfaction of education in Taiwan’s high school affect supervisor communication strategy. The other issue is investigates the relationship among organizational confidant role, and study the affection of job satisfaction. The research findings provide both academic and practical evidence for the basis of future research and reference on the human resource management.The subject of this study is the education industry. SPSS version 10.0(Statistical software) was utilized to conduct Descriptive Statistical Analysis, Factor analysis, Cluster Analysis, and Regression Analysis for testing the hypotheses of this research. The researcher sent out 300 questionnaires with 185 questionnaires or 62% returned. The research finds that (1) the personality variables had some relationships with the communicative strategies and job satisfaction; (2) Communicative strategies is positively associated with job satisfaction; (3) confidant role is positively associated with job satisfaction; (4) confidant role is positively associated with communicative strategies.
