Description
Summary:碩士 === 大葉大學 === 工業關係學系碩士班 === 91 === ABSTRACT The present study aims at Taiwan investors in Guangdong─their employees hired locally, with sample checks over Taiwan invested firms in different lines and scales, mainly in such areas with more Taiwan’s investors, notably Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Dongguan, Zhongshan and Qingyuan. Given the inconvenience in time and space, we conducted questionnaires through sample check. We released a total of 640 copies of questionnaire and retrieved 591 copies. Through screening process, 533 copies proved to be effective, 83.3% in effective retrieval rate. The preliminary empirical results indicate: 1.The satisfaction level of local Mainland Chinese employees toward the human resources management of their enterprises significantly vary according to their individual attributes. 2.Among Taiwan’s investors in Mainland China, different organiza -tional factors and human resources management satisfaction extent were in significant interrelationship. 3.Mainland Chinese employees’ satisfaction extent would be in significant difference because of different individual attributes. 4.Satisfaction extent toward Taiwan investors’ human resources management is subject to influence of factors in external environments. 5.Taiwan investors’ human resources management in Mainland China are in significant interrelationship with employee satisfaction. The internal and external satisfaction prediction model (regressive equation) is: (A)Internal satisfaction = 0.427 Ï Leadership and labor relations + 0.207 Ï Performance rating + 0.191 Ï Labor management + 0.117 Ï Training development + 0.077 Ï Fringe benefit measures. (B)External satisfaction = 0.336 Ï Leadership and labor relations + 0.214 Ï Labor management + 0.185 Ï Performance rating + 0.155 Ï Training development + 0.079 Ï Fringe benefit measures.
