System control is directed against fact of weather and battery status to proceed different of charging or discharging action. Energy conversion circuit is composed of a push-pull converter and a full-bridge inverter. The voltage of battery raised via push-pull converter. After full bridge inverter, we can get the alternating current to load. The center of whole system is chips. It is not only simplified circuit, but less expensive.
