| Summary: | 碩士 === 大葉大學 === 國際企業管理學系碩士班 === 91 === This study is to discuss military ORM based on the ORM practice concept of the US military aviation. It is then utilized to the ROCAF. Using the primary variables such as “Fly Personnel Background”, “Fly Interference”, and “Supervision Mechanism” to analyze the influence of these variables to the ORM effectives. The result is everyone agrees that ORM is important. The “Fly Personnel Background-seniority”, “Fly Interference-normal living habit”, and “Supervision Mechanism-concreteness” all have positive influence to ORM effectiveness. The degree of the importance of these three factors is in order “Fly Interference”, “Fly Personnel Background”, and “Fly Interference”. The result of this study could provide a reference strategy to both military and civilian aviation.
