Summary:碩士 === 大葉大學 === 國際企業管理學系碩士班 === 91 === The purpose of this study is to research the effect of the cross-cultural training (communication , local culture understanding and job skill trainings) on Taiwan enterprises expatriate job adjustment (job satisfaction, job role behaviors and job performance) in Mainland China. By making 250 question forms, which 159 are effective, some results are statistically analyzed as bellow: 1、There is a positive correlation between communication, local cultural understanding trainings and expatriate job satisfaction. But only the job skill training does not apparently show the way. 2、There is a partly significant correlation between all trainings and job role behaviors. Among the trainings, communication and local culture understanding trainings are positive, on the other hand, job skill training is negative. 3、There is a partly positive significant correlation between communication, job skill trainings and job performance. But only the local culture understanding training does not reach apparent level.
