To explore the state-run -corporation employees’ view in the reaction Company Commitment model of organizational changes in privatization, this study adopted a multi dimensional research framework which contains predictors related to individual, job and organization as well as recognition toward changes, Union Recognition, Union Commitment and Attitude toward Changes to be added as intermediater. Individual achievement motivation, job satisfaction, and organizational Culture are included as the multi dimensional predictors. Through the process of dimension selection , questionnaires design, subject selection and measurement ,as well as , statistical analysis and discussion, a multidimensional predictive model of employee Company Commitment toward organizational changes in privatization process is developed followed by the theoretical and practical implications of this study. And the result of this research indicates the following findings: 1.There is significant positive correlation between achievement motivation and Job Satisfaction, between Job Satisfaction and Company Commitment . 2.There is significant correlation between Company Commitment and support mode organization culture, between Company Commitment and creative mode organization culture. 3.The predictors related Job Satisfaction is significant influenced of the Company Commitment. 4.There is significant difference between Company Commitment for those staff of different groups of age, marital status , education, position, unit scale and department size, and Union members 5.Recognition toward changes and Attitude toward Changes had indirect influence on Company Commitment.
