Someone even mentions that emotional intelligence is an inner premise of all the managements and trainings. However, living in our time that everybody is particular about practical use, a question frequently asked especially by the enterprisers is – Can the emotional intelligence be eventually obtained by learning or training? How to get an effective training? From many conceptual researches and a variety of the trainings in some of the enterprises, we still don’t have a complete report about it. However, if we can integrate the researches from the professionals working in the relevant fields, and carefully develop an educational training program on emotional management, and make an achievement assessment after an actual enforcement, and modify the mode for above educational training program on emotional management, we should be able to answer the foregoing question clearly. Then, we can offer a workable reference mode for educational training, and upgrade our emotional management ability for the employees. It has a specific contribution to reinforce staff’s mental and physical health, and increase the productivity and the competitiveness of an enterprise. Through this research, it indicates that the emotional intelligence of all the trainees is increased if we compare their pre-training and post-training on the following courses– 1. Ability to perceive body status and feeling and thinking emotions. 2. Ability to identify other people or the works through conveyable emotions on language, sounds, appearances and the behaviors 3. Ability of correctly expressing the emotions and the emotional demands 4. Ability of expressing the emotions on identifying the correctness, truth and deceit Therefore, an organization should properly manage these 4 abilities.
