And in 2001, the government organization and pubic building should conform to the green building policy before they get the construction license. Therefore, the government organization play an important role in the green building policy. However, the research about green building almost concern about the theory and policy of green building. Only few researches are about the different types of building on the performance of green building. Therefore, this research attempts to investigate the administrative organizations of local government. 22 municipalities directly under the jurisdiction of the Central Government will be totally investigated. 40 samples will be stratified random sampled due to the amount of number. The results of our survey show:In green index,the correlative coefficients of etermination R2 of the green area of ground is related ( r = 0.49 and P < 0.05); In the ground water-holding capacity index, the correlative coefficients of etermination R2 of the permeability materials area of ground is related ( r =-0.80 and P<0.05). Last,in view of green building desige,in feature if we want to improve greening work and the ground water-holding apacity that inforce whole green area and permeability materials area,will effective arrive sustainable live environment.
