The target population is faculty and staff in the 19 middle schools located in the Taichung City and Taichung County. By applying convenient sampling method, data gathered from 298 cases (out of 400, 74.5%) was analyzed. The results are summarized as follows: First, “perceived organizational support” is significantly related to “affective commitment” and “normative commitment,” but not to “continuous commitment.” Second, “perceived organizational support” is also significantly associated with “change needs” and “career security,” but not with “participation and communication” and “job security.” Chang-Jung Lin 林昌榮 2003 學位論文 ; thesis 118 zh-TW
