First,the Reynolds equation can be derived from the continuity equation, the momentum equation, and the specified boundary conditions. By considering the roughness as a normal distribution,a polynomial approximate function can be chosen as the stochastic film thickness to simulate the Gaussian height distribution. Further, by using the theory of the stochastic models, longitudinal,transverse, and uniform isotropic roughness types of stochastic Reynolds equations can be obtained. Subsequently, using the small perturbation theory can obtain two Reynold type equations responsible for the steady-state characteristics and the dynamic characteristics respectively. Then, the stochastic Reynolds equation is expanded by the scheme of finite difference, and the Conjugate Gradient Method (CGM) is applied to solve the pressure distribution of the dynamic squeezing film numerically. Furthermore, the perturbed film force can be obtained. Finally,the dynamic characteristics can be divided into the real part and the imaginary part. The real part is stiffness, and the imaginary one is damping coefficients. At last, under the different conditions, the characteristics of the system can be obtained.
