The reason of developing such a system is that the capacity of the Lead-acid battery may change under different load conditions. In this thesis, lamps are used to simulate the load. By changing the number of the lamps, the load condition is changed. In order to achieve the objective, LabVIEW is used to control the load. By varying the change rate of the lamps, the capacity of the battery can be measured and recorded. The result of the thesis indicates that the capacity of the batteries maintains at relative constant value no matter how the loads are changed.
