| Summary: | 碩士 === 中原大學 === 電機工程研究所 === 91 === Due to the fact that load is changed from time to time, this thesis proposes a system which can be used to measure the characteristics of Lead-acid battery under varying load conditions. The reason of developing such a system is that the capacity of the Lead-acid battery may change under different load conditions. In this thesis, lamps are used to simulate the load. By changing the number of the lamps, the load condition is changed. In order to achieve the objective, LabVIEW is used to control the load. By varying the change rate of the lamps, the capacity of the battery can be measured and recorded. The result of the thesis indicates that the capacity of the batteries maintains at relative constant value no matter how the loads are changed. This indicates that the constant discharge rate can be used to measure the capacity of batteries precisely.
