Summary:碩士 === 中原大學 === 化學研究所 === 91 === In this thesis, in situ polymerization was used to produce Polyimide/Clay nanocomposities , which transforms inorganic Montmorillonite into Organophilic Montmorillonite by ion-exchange method. Monomers are mixed with Organophilic Montmorillonite to produce Polyimide/Clay nanocomposities. By using various composition ratio of clay, We make a series of Polyimide/Clay nanocomposities with different clay ratio. In this study, the characteristics provided by inorganic layer material of clay with nano-scale dispersion are compared. XRD is used identify the dispersion level to nano-scale. TGA is used to judge that the temperature of thermal Decomposed with increasing with the clay ratio. Surface condition is observed by polarizing microscope and it is found that in produced nanocomposites of clay addition will increase crystal. LCR is used to measure the dielectric constant and it was found that dielectric constant decrease with the clay ratio.
