Especially the nonrenewable resources will be running out by uncontrolled extraction and consumption. Therefore, the reuse, recycle and recovery of waste become one of the most important problems in the 21-century. The study is started with practical observation and by collection on the practical operation records on the one of existing scrap computer product relates to resources recycles process and the benefits which are brought out. It is indicated that this factory treats averagely 333,850 kg per month scrap computer product, which can be recovered and reused the amount 99.1%, totally. It is shown that the effect of resources recovery is very dominant. Therefore it is very worthwhile to encourage government to promote the recovery resources in the field of the scrap computer products in the coming year. However, the recovery technology of some residue scrap such as battery and fluorescence-powder is still needed to develop. If the recovery technology of residual scrap can be well developed, the benefit of recovery will be increased and the impact to the environment will become release.
