Therefore, the employees training programs of business is becoming an important topic to decide success in running business. When lots of business are getting dropping in training programs, to fallow the increase of training programs, and training funds is getting more, the business manager is more and more care the results of training, of course, if the managers can make use of the effectiveness of employee training programs turn into the valuable information to provide data for managers. It must help to business to promote human resource qualities and human resource expands. The research is probing into the relationship of two variation and productivity of Nation Internet Bank. Employee, ”The effectiveness of employee training programs,” and “Employee organizational commitment, not to review the goals of how much employee productivity.” Today, in the nation, the property promote the efficiency of production, it hope this research will do a favor for business management. This research takes the internet bank employees of Taiwan as the subjects of the study to discuss, and adopts the method of investigation through questionnaires. Nine hundred questionnaires were sent and 170 effective ones were returned. SPSS version 10.0 (Statistical software) and SEM were utilized to conduct Descriptive Statistical Analysis, Variance Analysis, Correlation Analysis, LISREL Analysis and Regression Analysis for testing the hypotheses of this research. The main results of this research are shown as follows: 1.Nation Internet Bank Employee ”The degrees of knowing of standard keeps medium above-mentioned of the effectiveness of employee training programs.” 2.It will have conspicuous difference distinguished between the age, annual salary, the authority of office in ”The effectiveness of employee training programs,” “Organizational commitment,” “Employee productivity of Internet Bank Employee.” 3.The effectiveness of employee training program has remarkable influence on employee productivity. 4.The effectiveness of employee training program has remarkable influence on organizational commitment. 5.Organizational commitment has remarkable influence on employee productivity. 6.The intervening effect of organizational commitment between the effectiveness of employee training program and employee productivity is significant.
