In the recent years, tourism of Taiwan turns out to
be overwhelmingly booming. In addition to the attendance of
two-days off in a week as well as Commonwealth Tour Cards,
all recreation hoteliers start to devote themselves to mark
up their competition capabilities. Therefore, how to
increase management efficiency becomes an essential goal for
the tour business in this area. With the increase of pressure
from the keen competition, it has also become a very crucial
issue that how these creation resorts choose their proper
management strategies in order to enhance their management
efficiency and cope with this multiple environment.
This research is based on 9 recreation resorts in Kenting Area. 146 questionnaires have been sent out. 89 are retrieved whilst 82 are effective ones. The retrieve data are calculated and analyzed with SPSS software. It offers a valuable result that brings out the relation between anagement strategy and management efficiency. According to the analysis outcome, the compose between management strategy and anagement efficiency has a positive interaction. With the different management strategies, the efficiencies show to be diversely different.
Aside from the above, this research also would like to
provide below 4 suggestions for the reference of all
hoteliers at this area :
1.Manpower capability : it is better to downsize the manpower
in such economic depression. To enhance employees’ quality
and capabilities can undoubtedly result to a better business
efficiency.
2.Customer-oriented policy: always aim at customers’
requirements and develop the benefit of multiple markets.
Then match up with the application of marketing strategy,
trust all these may gain a substantial growth in the
management efficiency.
3.Issuance of QA regulation: To set us QA process in order to
increase service quality and create additional value to
customers. Then implement the same to all departments for a
TQA (Total Quality Assurance), this would bring out with
customers’ satisfaction, and take these customers back for
next accommodation.
4.Unique Style : if the hoteliers may set up their management
strategies in compliance with their business culture and
management concept, this would adapt with the trend of the
time, and create an outstanding efficiency to the business.
