We use ideal S-Box to extract the parasitic of transi-stor which evaluate the deviation of harmonic termination on smith chart ; moreover ,to adjust suitable DC bias by bserving the bias characteristic of transistor and discuss the principle of harmonic termination for Class A、B & F Amplifier.In view of Power Amplifier module , we established single circuit speci-fications by utilizing estimative table and single circuit design had been completed.Step by step to accomplish the design of module circuit. In the chapter 3 , we introduce the derivation of formula and calculation for power amplifier . The design flow and technique of high - efficiency amplifiers and 2.4 GHz power amplifier module are described in c hapter 4 thoroughly.
