The purpose of Vocational High School architecture education is to cultivate and train human power resource of our country architectural manufacturing industry. The fieldwork factory attached to a school is the major place for students and teachers to practice. Therefore, the importance of the fieldwork factory in schools cannot be overemphasized. The researcher supposed if both students and teachers can practice their skills in a comfortable and safe environment, they can get good education from it. So the researcher suggested the fieldwork factory with a well-planned equipment may play an important role. In view of the limitation of information about the Vocational High School fieldwork factory in our country, so the researcher interviewed and questionnaired five representive schools located in north, middle, and south all over the country. By surveying questionnaire to the teachers and students about their reaction to the fieldwork factory after they use it, the researcher used 〝Post Occupancy Evaluation〞method to make a systematic evaluation to the space and equipment of the architure factory in Vocational High School. Besides using questionnaire survey, the researcher also did field —observation and interviewed the relative researchers and experts to do further research on this study. After the research, the researcher got the findings as follow. 1.The whole space disposition (1) Location─The area of the factory attached to a school is attended to the problem of noise-making and material transporting, so it should be kept apart from the normal teaching area or be established isolatedly. (2) The arrangement of the space function in the fieldwork factory─The construction space in first floor is suitable for the physical environment pollution, vibration and heavy machine. The construction space above second floor is suitable for the less environment pollution and light equipment. 2.The construction space of the fieldwork factory ─ (1) Teaching arranging area─Besides the office of every subject, they should offer the teacher’s research room in every fieldwork factory. (2) Teaching area─It is necessary for each subject factory to establish the specialized classroom and the studio classroom. (3) Practical operation field─the cement factory and the carpenter factory should be established isolatedly to avoid the factory noise, air pollution and vibration to interfere with other classrooms. . (4) The using and management of the public space─Most of the fieldwork factory won’t have enough toilet and the ideal way of showing is using window shopping. Most 'schools lack for disabled facilities, and this is the only thing that needs improving, (5) The physical environment─In this part ventilate, lighting, noise and environment pollution are the most important ones.
