The control circuit, power stage and piezoceramic have been also studied. In the thesis, noninvasive drug delivery systems are first reviewed, and then the structure of ultrasonic generators for TDD applications is discussed. The cyclconverter for driving piezoceramic at its optimum performance is also described. Additionally, to reduce noise interference and to improve driver efficiency quasi-resonant circuit with soft switching features is designed. In the driver, parasitic capacitors of the piezoceramic are used as the capacitor of the quasi-resonant circuit to achieve a soft switching feature. Finally, experiment measurements have been used to verify the feasibility of the proposed system. Tsai-Fu Wu, Ph.D. 吳財福 2003 學位論文 ; thesis 71 zh-TW |
