The purpose of this research is to evaluate the consequences between the physician’s working value, identified as an independent variation, and other dependent variations, including organization commitment, profession commitment and working attitudes. .All of the interviewees are physicians from three hospitals in Chia-yi area. Among totally 300 questionnaires, 95 returns are effective. The obtained data applies descriptive statistics analysis, reliability analysis, one-way ANOVA, correlation analysis, regression analysis, etc. By collecting and analyzing related documents and investigated samples, this research concludes some suggestions to constitute a self-motivated circumstance and enable the physician endow more endeavor and commitment. The results are concluded as follow:(1)Except gender and education, the other personal attributions present significant differences among all the measurements, which include working value, organization commitment and professional commitment, job involvement and organization identification.(2)There is no significant correlation between stability/avoid of anxiety and recreation, health, transportation/endeavor commitment. Except the above measurements, a significant and positive linear correlation between working value/value commitment and endeavor commitment and retain commitment.(3)There is no significant correlation between organization safety/economic, stability/avoid of anxiety, and recreation, health, transportation/profession commitment, retain commitment and endeavor commitment. Except the above measurements, all the others show a significant and positive linear correlation.(4)In working value of physicians, there is no significant correlation between the organization safety/economic, stability/avoid of anxiety, and recreation, health, transportation/endeavor commitment. The others, including self-excelled, self-achieved, dignity and society-interactive/endeavor commitment, present a significant and positive linear correlation.(5)The working value of physicians, in the regards of self-achieved, organization safety/economic, stability/avoid of anxiety, and recreation, health, transportation/organization commitment, reveals a significant and positive linear correlation. Last but not least, these results develop some evidence-based suggestions to provide optimal references for hospital administrators and succeeded researchers.
