Secondly, is it true that the semiconducting industry in Taiwan is a high technology industry with high added value? This study takes the method of document-analyzing to answer the above questions.
The globalization is not a new outcome in recently years. It began its development since the capitalism was arising, and the capitalists were extending their power to the whole world. In addition, the occurred of the new international division of labor let us to find out that capitalists divide the parts from the production process that have comparatively lower value and shift them into the NICs. When it’s contrasted to the development experiences of the semiconducting industry in Taiwan, this study concludes that the value of the labor force was seriously degraded.
