Summary:碩士 === 國立中正大學 === 教育研究所 === 91 === Action Research on The Life Curriculum of The School-based Development :A model about the first grade of The Cheng-Zen elementary School of Ying Ling County, Taiwan Abstract The study is token place in the Cheng-Zen elementary school of YingLing County, Taiwan. The action research participators included my honored companion teachers of the school. We intended to construct a Cheng-Zen Elementary School (CZES) curriculum development model, and wished develop optimized life curriculum of CZES. The study processes and the outcome are following: 1.The study start from defining problems of the study to survey reference literatures, the author comprehended the opinions of the school-based curriculum scholars and developed life curriculum a action research procession based on the CZES. 2.After the procession of curriculum background analysis and life curriculum development and planning, the author cleared up the school educational visions, its construction systems, the analysis of the complexion, and the conceptions and principles on developing the life curriculum , and then the organizational operations on curriculum development. The practical procession on ensuring the school-based life curriculum development, combining the personnel into the action organization system, and marching to the life curriculum development target are follows. 3.The author in principal role faced the complexion in curriculum evolution must self-explain its role mission. So, analyzing the leadership concepts and keeping review the role’s obligation functions in action to realize a ripe deliberation administrative behavior are essential. 4.For a unexperienced newcomer, the author gathered the educational companions of the school to discuss and ensure the roadmap that analyze the essential teacher’s professional abilities in developing the life curriculum with the need assessment at first, then planning a serial of teacher-centric on-the-job trainings on administrative operation to learn the right ways. The result says the outcomes of the measurement can yield the new knowledge that appropriate for teacher’s needs in the life curriculum development process . 5.The author properly melted the educational visions into the life curriculum, monitored the teaching objectives and the ability indices, combined with the pupil’s living assets, converted them into the teaching materials of life curriculum, so as to clearly show the features of the life curriculum of CZES. 6.When the developed life curriculum material are put into practice in the school teachers and students’ teaching and learning processions, it showed the curriculum self-verified its modest planning orientation. The study are undergone by two and half years, in the period, teachers play the role of practical experts and invited to develop the life curriculum . The action research launched from raw data gathering, analysis and synthesis the data by the trigulation technique . The author picked out the unsolved problems and the new discovered problems to redraw a new strategy and to re-verify them.
