Summary:碩士 === 國立中正大學 === 教育研究所 === 91 === The purpose of this study is to find out or examine main factors which influence educators'' knowledge sharing by gathering foreign and domestic documents, then conclude factors of educators'' knowledge sharing by an interview and questionnaire survey, and finally provide advices from conclusions to improve motivation and communication of educators knowledge sharing. This study adopts an interview and questionnaire survey. The interview outline was based on data retrieved from documentary analysis. The results of the interview was combined with school context, and was then proceeded with organization of the questionnaire. Revision was based on of the questionnaire the advise from the professions concerned. The e-questionnaire survey was posted from January 1 to February 28, 2003. The statistics were analyzed by the use of Mean, Standard Deviation, One-Sample T-Test, T-Test, and One-Way ANOVA of 691 effective sample of the questionnaire. According to the analysis, the conclusions are as fallows: 1.Web site designs are the most influential factor to educatior''s knowledge sharing; Individual''s negative motivation is the least one. 2.The receptivity of educatior''s knowledge sharing factors is differentiated by the educationor''s seniority. 3.The receptivity of educationr''s knowledge sharing factors is differentiated by educatior''s from different organizations. 4.Equipments, web site contents and personal abilities are indirect factors of web knowledge sharing. 5.Organizational factors (leadership, reward system and culture) are motive factors of web knowledge sharing. 6.In the community, having identification, a sense of belonging, and common goals are main factors of influening educator''s keep web knowledge sharing. 7.The types of knowledge and the ways of knowledge sharing are the factors of knowledge sharing. 8.Individual characters are the direct factor of web sharing. According to the study and conclusions, the researcher provides the following suggestions on education and the aspects of further research: 1.The suggestions for educator''s knowledge sharing a.Increase leaders’support b.Respect the design of knowledge sharing environments c.Instill concepts into educators'' and solve knowledge sharing skills via seminars. d.Incentives provision e.Build multiple sharing channels 2.The suggestions for further research a.Research into different organizations b.Deepen research on individual factors c.Focus on knowledge sharing results from schools
