碩士 === 國立中正大學 === 成人及繼續教育研究所 === 91 === ABSTRACT From the time that Taiwan has restored to now, not only the policy of Adult Education has been established but also the promulgation as well as development has been put into practice far and near. Undoubtedly, they absolutely have great influence on our society. The “Lifelong way” which was published on June 26, 2002 poured into a new power of Adult Education and long life learning. It will afford a significant value. The research focuses on the development of Adult Education after Taiwan restoration, including as following. First, we keep our eyes on “time”, from 1945 to 2003. Second, we limited Taiwan as the circle. In addition, we regard the policy of Adult Education as the mainly subject. The last but not the least, we consult some reference documents, such as documents, analyses, dissertations and magazines. Besides, Document Analysis and Historical Research Method have carried out the research. The content of this research mainly inquires into the condition of the development, analyzing the factor of Adult Education after Taiwan restoration. According to the result, we sincerely apply for the concrete suggestions as the reference policy that our government decides to establish.
