Summary: | 碩士 === 國立中正大學 === 化學工程研究所 === 91 === Owing to the fast speed of contemporary product industry, the landfi-
lled pollution has been evolved from organics objects to unbiodegradable
chemical elements and metallic ions. And yet, the traditional wastewater treatment — the 2ndary organism landfill is no longer able to improve the needs of nowadays soil pollution as well as the legal regulation. Therefore, it is necessary to enhance an additional remedy into the 2ndary organism l-
andfilled treatment. The so called tertiary adsorption treatment. In this stu-
dy shows that the low cost lime and clay mixture can effetely purify leachi-
ng wastewater by using a fixed bed. It get cleaner outflow water.
There are various kinds of adsorbent. But there aren’t many that can be used in wastewater. The economic concern is the main factor. Because,
Wastewater disposal is not a production but an expense. So companies W- ould not throw capital to develop or purchase high price adsorbents. But I- t’s worth-doing for permanent management. For example, the 3M compa- ny has implemented the 3P (pollution prevent pays) policy successfully.
Based on the economic concern mentioned above. How to developm- ent low cost and high adsorption capacity adsorbent is the main purpose of this research. It includes: 1.The development of low cost raw materials. 2. The best prescription and mixing. 3. The forming of techniques. 4. The an- alysis of structure and character. 5. Application…etc.
1. The prescriptions use low cost which is used as bounder with various a- dsorbent materials (such as oyster-shell, lime…etc) to mixing.
2. Test of different materials and prescriptions which can be adsorbed mat- ters of kinds and adsorption capacity.
3. Preparation and forming technique of adsorbent.
4. Using TGA, SEM, XRD…etc to test structure and character of adsorbe- nt.
5. Application of adsorbent.
The practical mold factory is Min-Shone government in country of o- ozing wastewater system. It can test batch and continual reaction. (This fa- ctory system is my current occupation.)
