As a result of it’s high price, it has to regenerate when it decays. At present, there are two ways to reborn. The first way is to eliminate Coke. The second one is metal redispersion. In the second way, most of the key skills come from foreign countries. The main reason is that we do not understand reaction mechanism. In this manner, we become more interested in this topic and we want to know more about it. First of all, we will use EXAFS, XANES and TPR to analyze the characteristics of a fully redispersion catalyst and decide possible structures is Pt(OCl)2(ClOAl)(OAl)3. Next, we use XANES and EXAFS to compare the dispersion of catalyst with different operation condition like oxychlorination temperatire,reaction time,WHSV. Besides, dehydrogenation will be used to test its reaction activity. Then the results will be compared with the above one. According to the data, we find that the best reaction temperature is 530゚C and the best reaction time is twelve hours. In addition, smaller WHSV is better. In order to explore the factors which influence metal dispersion we use EXAFS and TPR to analyze the platium’s peripheral structures under different controlled conditions. We can get a clearer definition of the structures by such analyzing. Furthermore, the data can help us to know reaction mechanism. I hope that his research will be helpful for industry procedure.
