Engineers usually use molasses, corn amylase, glucose and hydrocellulose as a substrate in a fermentative process. In this study we produce ethanol by using yeast Saccharomyces diastaticus LORRE-316 and putting carbon dioxide to carry ethanol out in a batch reaction process. We use the substrates that are composed with different proportional glucose and sucrose. This stripping method can separate ethanol from fermentative broth, elevating purity of ethanol concentration and abating the inhibition for biomass. Ethanol fermentation process with stripping compares with other processes like distillation and extraction to gain alcohol has the cheaper cost and less pollution.
