Summary: | 碩士 === 國防大學中正理工學院 === 電子工程研究所 === 92 === The highly stable light sources for precision fiber sensors, accomplished by designing and fabrication of ultra stable power and temperature driver, have been studied. Both of C-band (1525~1565nm) amplified spontaneous emission (ASE) light source and super-luminescent diode (SLD) have integrated with the novel design. The performance of power and wavelength various with temperature for each source have been measured. At first, an Erbium-doped fiber light source of 980nm Bragg fiber laser has showed wavelength drift of 0.8ppm/℃, and the power drift is 1944ppm/℃. The SLD in a temperature control system has been studied and shown with the wavelength drift of 4.5ppm/℃, and the power drift is 4016ppm/℃. The results can provide for high and medium stable light sources for fiber sensors.
